Szun Waves share new video for ‘Moon Runes’

Jazztronica trio Szun Waves have just released the video for 'Moon Runes', the second single to be taken from their critically acclaimed sophomore album, New Hymn to Freedom, which is out now on the Leaf Label. Featuring electronic music producer Luke Abbott, renowned Australian drummer Laurence Pike and saxophonist/electronics man Jack Wyllie (of Portico Quartet) the trio explore nebulas soundscapes, space jazz and rolling beats. Here the video for 'Moon Runes' is directed and created by video artist Sam Wiehl – and features surreal, cellular moons morphing and moving to a dystopian electronica soundtrack.

Catch Szun Waves on tour this autumn at the following dates: Broadcast, Glasgow (21 Nov); Oval Space, London (w/Ulrich Schnauss, 22 Nov); Soup Kitchen, Manchester (24 Nov); Headrow House, Leeds (26 Nov); Hink Festival, The Hague, Netherlands (1 Dec); Norwich Arts Centre, Norwich (2 Dec); The Exchange, Bristol (4 Dec) and NCI Club, Cambridge (6 Dec).
