I am a fan of your paper and a long time subscriber. Your paper is the best jazz
magazine in UK, USA or Sweden.

A suggestion: It would be good if you could
place all your reviews on the web, not just the 150 recent that is accesible
now.

Best regards
Magnus

Oscar Cordoba is a new band of musicians drawn
from the central belt of scotland specialising in Jazz/Funk/Rock/Fusion
compositions. The band is in the process of recording their first release and
have been critically well received in their first gigs in central Scotland and
the North of England in Jazz clubs and mainstream venues. the band includes
musicians of the highest calibre, who are technically proficient whilst still
providing the necessary groove. This gig at the Ferry is a launch event for a
band you will hear more of in 2011 and beyond. if you like music of the RTF /
Hancock / Scofield / Colloseum genre don't miss this on Friday 4 February.
Special low price of only £5 per ticket includes two other bands with folk and
ska influences respectively - the Morgan Lee Band and Up. A truly eclectic
evening that should not be missed.
