Funk and broken beats at London Jazz Festival

A late addition to next month's London Jazz Festival is just one more indication of the event's range. Tapping into the funk and street music riches on the London scene past and present, three nights are planned at east London's Stratford Circus showcasing classic UK Funk, West London broken beat and soul, and the sounds of the London underground. The concerts feature Silhouette Brown, Randolph Matthews and Jake Holloway (17 Nov), the Funk All-Stars featuring Cymande Revue on 18 Nov and Sway, Crazy Titch, Tor, JME and more on 19 Nov.
